Supported in part by the Montana Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, I was awarded a Professional Development Grant to study, practice and exhibit my work using this unique method of printmaking.  My process, involves a method of hand rubbing colorful designs of China clay mixed with pigments onto fabric.  My art is inspired by Native American and Celtic mythology which I interpret through their ancient language of visual symbology.
